Small Groups

We use “small group” as an umbrella for several kinds of gatherings — home groups, Bible studies, book discussions, discipleship groups, equip groups, and ministry groups. Each type has its own focus and rhythm, but all of them serve the same purpose: giving us a more focused context to fulfill our covenant commitments to one another as we grow together in following Christ. Rather than trying to do everything in one format, each group is designed to go deep in specific areas of discipleship.

Participation in a small group is encouraged but not required. We believe the gathering of the whole church is irreplaceable, and we never want small groups to substitute for it. Small groups are tools to aid our walk with Christ, not requirements for church membership — and we aim to ensure our values are not dependent on small group participation but enriched through it.
